Ms. Si XU has broad experience in the areas of foreign-related trademark practice, mainly responsible for trademark protection for Chinese companies in Asia, Oceania, the Middle East countries and other regions. Ms. XU handled thousands of trademark prosecution and enforcement, including trademark application, responding office actions, trademark opposition, invalidation, cancellation, negotiation, trademark administrative and infringement litigation.
