Mr. Gu graduated from Hebei University of Technology with a Bachelor of engineering degree in 1988. In 1998, he qualified as a lawyer and joined a foreign IP firm engaging in IP matters. Mr. Gu joined UNITALEN ATTORNEYS AT LAW in February 2003.

Mr. Gu was interviewed by many media organizations for IP cases, such as CCTV, BTV , Guangming Daily, China Intellectual Property News and etc. He also participated in writing “Trademarks and Patent Agents-Full Memoir of Chinese Lawyers Handling Cases”, “Intellectual Property Strategy and Practice” and etc.
